I thought at the beginning that Ketogenic Diet is just a fad diet to try and be left disappointed. When I read more about it I realized that it is a lifestyle, a healthy way of eating that I can adapt. May be hard at first, but definitely worth the effort and very simple when you get used to it. Recipes are simple and there are no need for counting calories and you most definitely need not to deprive yourself. This book is very helpful for those looking into trying this diet. 21 days of breakfast, lunch and dinner, no more researching for recipes and they are all tasty and healthy. Good book to jump start the diet plan.
Of all the diets I have tried in the past I believe ketosis to be by far the most successful. This book is a great companion for anyone looking for experiment with the diet and enjoy delicious recipes without feeling like you’re on a diet.
I was very curious to notice this guide's title while searching for a good book to read which gives me a solution for my problem of losing weight. So how wonderful if I would be able to lose weight only with 21 days. After reading this book I realized how effect able this dieting plan would be along with its theory. It is true that if someone need to lose weight it is a must to do exercise. This book consist of 21 days dieting plan along with the recipes. So practically it is a great foundation for the beginner's of this dieting plan.
