This is sold one per package and comes complete with five blades, a 6-inch downrod, a flush mount canopy (for lower ceilings), and pull chains to operate the fan functions (3-speeds, manual reverse), and mounting hardware. This fan is light kit compatible (not included/sold separately). In any installation, the tips of the blades must be at least 18 inches from the wall in order to provide sufficient clearance for the blades; and for safety reasons, the fan blades must be a minimum of 7 feet above the floor.
