The 52IN blade span is perfect for areas from 100 sq. ft. to 150 sq. ft. : Bedrooms, Entry, Dining Room, etc. Blades should be no lower than 7FT from the floor, for safety, so this should be taken into consideration when choosing a ceiling fan. The strong 153MM x 18MM AC motor uses .46 AMPs on high, and 198 RPMs on high, with Airflow of 4909 cubic ft. per minute on high and an Airflow Efficiency of 90 cubic ft. per minute per watt, and the blades have an 14-degree pitch. It uses only 55 watts on high (not including the light kit). Optional 370039MULTR Wall Transmitter is available for purchased separately, and can be used in conjunction with the included CoolTouch Control System - Basic. The 300145OBB is 15.5IN high.
