- Made of premium aluminum oxide grain on heavy cloth backin
- Versatile & lightweight – can grind, blend & finish
- Flap discs are made from multiple overlapping pieces of abrasives or 'flaps'
- Originally designed for right angle grinder applications ranging from heavy stock removal to surface blending and smooth finishing
- When working with metal, many operators prefer flap discs over grinding wheels due to lower vibration and noise levels.
Perform smooth and finish shaping with the 240 grit flap disc sanders. Discs are designed to be driven by the powerful and proven Proxxon long neck mini grinder, which features electronic speed control from 3,300 to 13,000 rpm. All discs have a 10mm arbor. For use with the Merlin 2 Mini-Angle Grinder.
