• SPECIFICATIONS - This heavy duty meat grinder is built with a 1/2 HP, 370 watts Electric AC 120V/60HZ motor, grinding up to 240-lbs per hour (4-lbs per minute). The motor has 3 Speeds: Forward Grind, Sausage Stuff & Reverse Mode, designed to meet the application of your choice. Includes Stainless Steel: Large Capacity Meat Pan in 13" x 9" x 2-3/8", Cutting Knife, Coarse (3/8"), Fine (3/16") & Stuffing Plates, 4 Stuffing Tubes (3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1-1/8") & Solid Meat Stomper.
• HEAVY DUTY & EFFICIENT – Our grinder is crafted with long-lasting metal gears, Aluminum Housing stainless steel: cutting knife, removable feeding tray & neck for extended service life. • SAFETY & PROPER USE - A Circuit Breaker is integrated into the grinder for your safety & protection of the motor. When operating the meat grinder, always make sure you keep fingers/hands away from the feeding area & use the stomper to compress meat down the feeding pan & neck. This meat grinder is capable of grinding small chicken or fish bones but NOT red meat bones or chicken thigh bones (or any other bones of similar size). (NOTE: Our stainless steel series meat grinders are dishwasher safe).
