Instruction for use:
1. Soaking: Soak the whetstone in the water for 5 minutes, and then put it on a steady platform such as a plank or a table.
2. Coarse grinding: Use the low grit to repair the damaged serious edge. Hold the knife at the angle of 10~30°, and push the knife on the surface of whetstone with gentle pressure. Sharpen the knife about 10 minutes until the edge is smooth enough.
3. Fine grinding: Use the high grit to repair tiny flaws. Repeat step 2 with more gentle pressure. Usually, use the whetstone once a week.
