Description
- 1. Six-slot high-efficiency cutting structure: This face milling cutter adopts an upgraded 6-slot design, allowing for the simultaneous installation of 6 APMT1604 inserts, enabling multi-edge cutting at the same time and significantly enhancing the cutting volume and chip removal efficiency within a unit of time. It is suitable for batch processing scenarios with rapid tool feed and high-speed feed, significantly reducing the working hours per piece and lowering processing costs.
- 2. Standard cutting diameter (80mm): The overall outer diameter of the milling cutter is 80mm, which is a common and practical size in industrial processing. It is suitable for face milling, step milling, and plane finishing of medium and large-sized workpieces. It is widely suitable for use in multiple working conditions such as mold manufacturing, automotive parts, mechanical shells, and steel structural components.
- 3. Select alloy steel knife body: The body of the face milling cutter is forged from high-toughness and high-strength 20CrMnTi alloy steel, and the entire cutter has excellent working capacity and stability. Even under the conditions of heavy cutting and high-speed feed, the structure of the tool head can still remain stable.
- 4. Replaceable blade structure: This face milling cutter adopts a standard APMT1604 hard alloy (HRC30-55) interchangeable insert structure. Users can select inserts of different brands and material grades according to the material to be processed, meeting the cutting requirements of various materials. The blade is firmly installed with M4×10 clamping screws. There is no need to scrap the entire blade; only the blade needs to be replaced, ensuring efficient maintenance.
- 5. Precision dynamic balancing processing: The face milling cutter is paired with the CAT-40 FMB27 set milling cutter holder, further enhancing the balance of the entire tool. The equipment is strictly calibrated with an accuracy of ≤ 0.005mm and a rotational speed of ≥ 12000rpm. This can effectively reduce the radial runout and vibration when the cutter head rotates, thereby increasing the longer tool life of the machine tool spindle and improving the cutting stability.
