- Lactobacillus Gasseri (L. Gasseri), AKA “The SUPER MICROBE” is one of the most important gastrointestinal (GI) microbes in the human intestinal microbiome. likely a “keystone” species that is important for the proliferation and metabolism of numerous other microbes*.
- The fermentation process is different from that of conventional yogurts: It is fermented for 36 hours at a lower temperature and requires the addition of prebiotic fiber to the milk.method enables the L.
