HOW TO USE MAGNETIC EYELINER AND EYELASHES:
1. Shake wellï¼ˆTHE MOST IMPORTANT STEP) and apply 2-3 thick layers of magnetic eyeliner to upper lid. Allow to dry for 1 minute.
