The Micro Vario Ti Cortec is a 3-section, 7075 Series heat-treated Aluminum folding pole with a top section that adjusts from 110-130cm with the smooth Super Lock system. The folded length of the poles is 38cm, small enough to easily fit into a small backpack or luggage. A secure push button release mechanism allows for fast and simple assembly and collapse. A spring in the lower shaft guarantees maximum tension and automatic rope length compensation. Filigrane high performance tensioning rope is reinforced with sturdy PE coating for lifelong protection of the fibers. LEKI's positive angle Aergon grips are made from durable plastic and feature a contoured extended closed-cell foam grip with built-in 10Â° angle. The AERGON GRIP (air + ergonomics) is one of the pole innovations featured and is the lightest grip in Leki history. A Foam Grip Extension provides additional gripping area on upper shaft to handle switchbacks and abrupt changes in terrain easily.
