The 15-lb. vertical sausage stuffer has a stainless steel base and cylinder. Clamp the stuffer base to a table or counter top and crank out perfect sausage every time. Comes with (1/2", 11/16", 1" ID ) 11/16", 7/8" and 1 1/4" OD stuffing tubes. Cylinder removes easily for filling and cleaning. Air release valve removes air from top of unit instead of pushing into the casing.

I have had this model for several months and have made over 500 pounds of sausage .now the size isnt right as I can get about 11 pounds in and start running ,so no way will it hold 15, that said better then a 5 pound . i can run it and stuff by myself with out much trouble just take a lil extra time. when you have cheddar in the meat you will need another person trust me as it turns dam hard ,and if it had plastic gears it wouldnt hold up thats a fact . but i did 25 pounds of cheddarwurst and it stuffed fine with the extra person,which was a 12 year old daughter so it worked fine . we have done from 2 1/2 inch casings down to 30 mm and runs fine if you were going to do snack sticks you will need a smaller tube (bout 18 dollars) other then that never had any issues 99.5 meat comes out always a little at very bottom edge by tube thats it.cleans easy ,
I was super excited to get this stuffer as a gift from my uncle two winters ago. I went to use it the other day and found that a weld on the frame had broken making the stuffer useless! I have only used this stuffer 7-10 times since I have had it and have not abused it in any way. When I called LEM to get it fixed they said that it was past it's warranty and if I wanted them to fix it I would have to pay to have it shipped to them and then they would charge a $25.00 fee just to look at it! This is a very expensive piece of equipment and I am very disappointed with LEM Products. How could they let such a defective unit be sold? Why will they not do the right thing and fix or replace it at no cost... What about that batch of sausage that will never be enjoyed in link form? What a waste of $300 Bucks!! I seriously thought LEM Products Quality and Service was better than this.... Guess not.
this product works great. it turned a three person opertaton into a one man with less cleanup or mess. i made about 50 lbs of sausage at one time. less split casings, less stress.
