LIERAC Laboratories drew inspiration from the aesthetic technique of tissue oxygenation to create the Hydra O2 Complex to act on the oxygenation of the cells that create water captors to increase the water content of the lips and restore plumpness. In these lip balms, the complex is combined with nourishing shea butter and rose wax to repair and smooth irregularities on the lips and provide a lasting gloss finish.
