- It provides a comfortable yet sturdy area to plant your feet, hands, knees, and heals during your workout.
- Adding the rear platform to your Micro adds more exercise possibilities like express lunge, 5th lunge, super crunch, giant wheelbarrow and more!
- The platform itself is 10.5" L x 8.5" W x 6" H. When adding to the Micro it would make the Micro 81.5" L x 20" W x 6" H
