How does start working on BP Monitor ?

1. Sit and rise the left hand on desk. Take the position of cuff at same horizontal line with your heart.
2. Tighten the machine on your left hand and fit the velcro a much as possible to ensure a good read. Make sure to left 1 cm space between blood pressure monitor and your cuff.
