Landmann has designed the pizza grill so that the lid stays closed allowing the temperature to reach almost 700 degrees, the ideal temperature for cooking pizza. The large 23" kettle with porcelain lid and fire bowl charcoal grill simply converts to the pizza grill via an easy to attach stainless steel pizza ring. Accessories included are a pizza stone and large stainless steel metal peel (spatula). Enjoy fresh homemade pizza in 5 minutes!.
