【Built to Last – Durable & Corrosion-Resistant Materials】 Constructed from high-strength, chemical-resistant polyethylene plastic, our reservoir and waste bottle are built for long-term durability. The fittings and adapters are crafted to reduce deformation and ensure better longevity under high pressure
【User-Friendly & Safe Design】 Designed for single-person use, the bleeder kit comes with an easy-to-read pressure gauge to monitor the system and a hanging chain for hands-free operation. Upgraded cap structure helps reduce the risk of leaks during pressurization
【Dedicated Support – Hassle-Free Fitment Assurance】 If any adapter does not match the brake fluid reservoir on your vehicle, please don’t worry. Contact our support team first, and we will quickly provide a proper solution. We are committed to making sure the tool works correctly for your vehicle, so your maintenance process stays smooth and stress-free.
PREPARATION BEFORE BLEEDING: Park the vehicle on a flat surface, engage the parking brake, and turn off the engine. Open the hood and locate the brake fluid reservoir. Fill the pressure bleeder tank with the correct type of new brake fluid. Do not mix different fluid types. Select the correct adapter and make sure the pressure relief valve button on the pump cap is not pressed before pressurizing.
CONNECTING THE BLEEDER TOOL: Remove the dust cap from the master cylinder reservoir and install the matching adapter cap. Tighten it securely to ensure a sealed connection. Connect the hose from the pressure pump to the adapter. Make sure all hoses and fittings are fully tightened to prevent air leaks before applying pressure.
PRESSURE BLEEDING STEPS (ONE-PERSON OPERATION): Pump the pressure bleeder to the recommended pressure range. Do not press the pressure relief valve during bleeding. Move to the brake caliper, loosen the bleeder screw 1–2 turns, and allow brake fluid to flow into the waste container. Observe the fluid until no air bubbles are present, then tighten the screw. Refill the pressure tank if needed during the process.
CORRECT BLEEDING ORDER: Bleed the brakes starting from the wheel farthest from the master cylinder and move closer step by step. The common sequence is right rear, left rear, right front, and left front. Follow the vehicle manufacturer’s recommended order if it differs.
FINAL TROUBLESHOOTING – NO PRESSURE OR NO FLUID FLOW: If pressure does not build or fluid does not flow, first check that the pressure relief valve button is fully released. Pressing it during operation will release pressure and stop fluid flow. Verify the adapter cap is tight and the tank contains enough fluid. Confirm the bleeder screw is loosened properly and not blocked. After bleeding is complete, press the relief valve to safely release pressure before disconnecting the system.
