- Why is it not level? 1.Sliding to unlock will turn it on and enter the self-leveling mode. If held in hand or placed on an uneven surface, it will trigger an alert (laser flashes). 2.If the laser keeps flashing on a tripod, it’s likely due to an uneven surface or an unlevel tripod head. Solution 1: Use a leveling tool to check the surface where BOX-1G is placed. If it's not level, adjust or change the position. If it still flashes when level, let us know. Solution 2: Tripod placement may be unstable. Place a flat board underneath or switch to another mounting option. Always ensure the device is on a stable, level surface before use.
- Important Note: Please make sure to install the batteries correctly before turning on the device. Improper battery installation will prevent the unit from powering on. If you don’t plan to use the device for an extended period, remove the batteries and store them in a dry place. Leaving batteries inside the compartment for too long may cause leakage, which can lead to permanent damage and prevent the device from functioning.
