LifeScan's OneTouch UltraSoft sterile lancets are designed for use with the OneTouch Ultra and OneTouch InDuo blood glucose monitoring systems. UltraSoft lancets have a thin tip that provides less painful penetration during testing. In addition, LifeScan's glucose systems allow you to avoid pain by testing on your arm rather than a finger, which has more nerve endings. OneTouch UltraSoft lancets need only a tiny blood sample, so you don't need to penetrate deeply when drawing blood. In addition, the OneTouch Ultra meter is accurate within five seconds. While UltraSoft sterile lancets are designed specifically for LifeScan's OneTouch glucose monitoring systems, they should fit most other blood sampling devices.
