Q: Why does my adapter not work still?
A: 1.Please make sure connect an external power adapter to work via lightning port beside the HDMI port.
2.Please ensure the videos are available. it Not support Netflix, hulu, Directv, amazon video other paid App.
3.Please select the correct HDMI port on the device. (HDMI 1 or HDMI 2 to try)
4.Connect monitor, please ensure set it as the TV mode NOT PC mode.
5.Please ensure the HDMI cable and lightning port work well.

Q: Why does the adapter get hot while in use?
A: As the work of voltage and current will generate heat, adapter get hot is normal.Please take a rest before a long using.

Q: Why does my adapter appear buffering when playing video?
A: Please check your Wifi speed is normal, or re-connect the adapter or restart your iPhone or iPad
