To use, simply tear along perforated line, fill with expressed milk, seal bag and label before popping in the fridge or freezer. To serve, cut bag along spout as indicated, then pour milk into bottle. Thaw frozen milk in fridge one day in advance. If warming, place bag straight in bath of water around 99Â°F/37Â°C. When milk is ready to be fed, red indicator on pouch will appear.
