Includes: (4) 5000 lb capacity load cells with cables, (4) Threaded mounting blocks, (4) Swivel feet, (1) Waterproof Junction box, (1) Digital Weight Indicator with 15 ft quick disconnect cable. Powered by AA batteries or AC adapter (included). Load cells are environmentally sealed for outdoor installation. There are no moving parts to wear out, and no costly maintenance. A safe overload range of 150% of capacity. The indicator features large easy to read digital readout in either pounds (lbs) or kilograms (kgs). The exclusive lock-on feature locks onto the animal's weight, eliminating the problem of animal movement during the weighing process. The ZERO button allows you to compensate for manure, mud, or snow build-up on the scale surface. The weight indicator has the following front panel keys: ON/OFF, UNITS (lb/kg), ZERO and HOLD. General Overview: The kit comes with four mounting blocks that you need to weld to the bottom of your platform. You would then bolt the load cells onto the mounting blocks with the bolts provided. You would then wire the cable that comes from each load cell into the junction box. The 15 ft cable that goes to the weight indicator would then be wired into the junction box. The next step would be to calibrate the scale with the directions provided or you could call us to walk you through the calibration procedure.
