Designed specifically for 1988–1998 Chevy and GMC K1500 and K2500 4WD trucks equipped with 5.0L and 5.7L small block V8 engines. These headers also fit select 1999–2000 Classic (carryover body style) trucks but will not fit 1999 and newer GMT800 new body style models.
