MADE IN FRANCE
Made by Mure & Peyrot in France, the Longuet bread scoring lame sports a straight-edge blade and an easy-to-hold ergonomic handle. The blade has numbered angles that can be alternated once they are worn. To change the blade, gently push forward until the plastic protection detaches from the blade.
EASILY SCORE BAGUETTES AND CRUSTY LOAVES
This food safe baker's tool is used for scoring slashes into baguettes and other crusty breads which helps the dough expand as it bakes and provides a decorative finish to artisan loaves. The straight edge blade can also be used to make finer lines in the dough.

Included with the Longuet bread scoring tool is an instruction card with quick tips and examples of classic scoring patterns. Experiment with some of the basic patterns, and then create your own signature scoring style.
