- Head Material = (2) Nickel Silver | Head Diameter = 0.312 in. (ea.) | Head Length = 0.20 in. (ea.) | Loveless Fasteners are used to fasten a set of handle scales on to the tang of a knife or tool. They work by passing through the handle tang and handle material layers and creating a “pinch” effect. Loveless Fasteners feature differential head and threaded rod diameters. This creates the “pinch point” when used with a “stepped” pre-drilled hole.
- Screw Material = (1) Brass | Thread Diameter = 0.160 in. | Thread = US 8-32 | Length (Under Head) = 1.15 in. | Loveless Fasteners can be sanded off like normal pin stock to create a seamless transition between handle material and fastener.
