    This is an amazing book with tons of helpful information about low carbohydrate diet. I think this guidebook will be perfect for the beginners. Inside of this book the author has described about how to lose weight and gain energy via this diet plan. By reading this book I have come to know a proven system to jump start my inner fat burning machine.
    This book also guided me about how to setup my mindset to execute this system. The author has described each point very clearly. I am really glad to read this book and this book helped me a lot. I have no hesitation to suggest this book to anyone. If you have any interest to lose weight the my honest recommendation to read this book.
    I've wanted for some time to lose weight and I tried a lot of diets but with no satisfactory result. One of my friends recommended the low carb diet and told me about this book. It gave me an idea about what the low carb diet is and what foods I should eat and what to avoid. I started the diet a few days ago and I can say that I fell better already and I can't wait to see the results. A very good book and I would recommend it to anyone interested in loosing weight.
