This is truly a great book on carbs, even I didn’t expect a section on red meat dishes in a carb diet book. I think, almost all the suggested recipes are low in carbs AND calories and can be incorporated into a personal diet plan. I have to say, the vanilla mouse with rhubarb sauce is a worldclass-hit, but my personal suggestion is, it's even better with blueberry jam! For the rest of the delicious recipes, I can't wait to get started!
I’m looking for a cookbook that has a lot of low carb recipes, that’s why when I saw this book on Amazon I purchase it right away. In this book you will learn a lot of low carb recipes that are very easy to prepare; the cooking instructions on how to prepare those recipes are very easy to understand so even if you’re not that good in cooking it won’t be an issue. Robert did a fantastic job on creating a very well detailed cookbook like this and I commend him for that. It is indeed a good read and I highly recommend this book to all the people who are looking for a cookbook that has a lot of low carb recipes.
Great book! It provided me with everything I was looking for, and more. I have always been into healthy eating and I am always trying to widen my knowledge in this area. I think it is very important to maintain a healthy diet, both your yourself and as an inspiration for others. There is just so much to gain from it, and you reduce the risk significantly of attracting cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, cancers, mental disorders, etc. A healthy, low carb diet will provide you with a longer and happier life. I highly recommend this book and I look forward to read more from Robert Paulson.
