The LowPro LockDown generator security system consists of two interlocking steel plates that lock together with a robust hidden-shackle Master Lock padlock. The red upper plate attaches to the bottom of the generator between the vibration pads and the generator with the supplied longer bolts. The generator with the attached upper plate then interlocks to the Black base plate where it's locked in place. The Base plate can be mounted anywhere you desire. Once locked, there is no access to the padlock's shackle, the locking hasp, or the mounting bolts of either section. Works with Honda EU2000i, EB2000i and EU2000i Companion (also compatible with propane or tri-fuel conversions). The generator remains portable as the upper plate adds only 6 pounds to the weight of the generator. Extra base plates sold separately
