- FAST ONE-PERSON SCREED CHAIR SETUP The MAKO Driver aligns to a string line or laser set to finished slab elevation, allowing contractors to quickly install multiple screed supports with consistent accuracy.
- FINCAP SUPPORTS 1-1/2″ SCREED PIPE FinCap screed chairs support nominal 1-1/2″ galvanized screed pipe (1.5″ ID / 1.9″ OD). Alternate pipe sizes such as 1-1/4″ or 2″ may also be used with adjusted setup.
- INTERNAL FINS GRIP MOUNTING STRUCTURES Internal fins grip rebar, threaded rod, conduit, PVC, or metal stakes from 3/8″–5/8″, helping prevent the chair from bouncing off during concrete placement.

The patented, non-metallic MAKO FinCap fits mounting structures from 3/8″ (10 mm) to 5/8″ (16 mm) making it the most versatile screed support chair available. It will not bounce off your mounting structure because the "fins" inside hug whatever it is mounted on! The FinCap supports a nominal 1/2″ (40 mm) - schedule 40 or higher - galvanized pipe (1.5″ ID/1.9″ OD). DOT Approved. Made in the USA The MAKO Driver quickly and accurately allows one person to set multiple screed chairs or structural element support locations in seconds. The patented Driver is designed to set the FinCap or JAWS and screed pipe to the finished concrete elevation by aligning the marker with a string line or laser. Once the top of the marker aligns with the string line the FinCap is properly set to the finished elevation of concrete. Place a screed rail on top of the FinCap screed support locations and you are ready to pour. The Driver is made of impact resistant resin. The hand guard protects the contractor when setting locations. The Driver also works in the same manner with the JAWS small or medium screed chair for use with 2x4, 1-1/2"or 2" aluminum or magnesium screeds.
