One can enjoy these mushrooms sautéed with butter or oil, added into pasta, risotto, and sauces, or in soups.
Ingredients: dried porcini mushrooms (100% boletus edulis) to cook porcini mushrooms, soak in lukewarm water for 15 minutes.
To cook porcini mushrooms, soak in lukewarm water for 15 minutes. Drain, then dip in boiling water for 10 minutes. once finished, place in a colander and rinse thoroughly before incorporating into your dishes.
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat.
