- We are devoted to ancient recipes which pass from generation to generation among villagers while producing EXTRA VIRGIN NUT OIL. It starts with cone gathering in a particular season when pine tree is willingly giving its cones. The cones are kept in special warehouse made of cedarwood
- Cones and nuts are crushed and kernels are sorted exclusively BY HAND. As centuries ago only women are allowed to sort kernels. They sit at the tables, tell stories and sign songs!
