MGN12C x 570mm Recirculating Ball Linear Rail, Pre Lubricated, 3 Pack
- We sourced a low cost alternative to brand name recirculating linear ball rails. We are selling these with a food safe, silicone based oil pre applied. Note that a set of the same rails from an established vendor such as THK or HiWin would cost about $500, so adjust your expectations accordingly
- Contains 3x rails, wire EDMed to length, and 3x ball carriages
- Occasionally, these can be a little rough. Try wiping the rails down with lint free wipes, and running the carriage back and forth a few times. If all else fails, some people have reported good luck with removing a few steel ball bearings from each race to stop the balls from sticking to each other.
- Dramatically stiffens the frame of a Kossel deltabot printer; these rails are induction hardened tool steel and much more rigid than most aluminum extrusions.
