HOW TO TAP?
1: Align keg lugs and push down the coupler
2: Twist coupler 1/4 turn clockwise to secure coupler to keg
3: Push down the coupler and give another 1/4 turn to tap keg
4: Push down and twist to disconnect coupler to prevent backflow of gas and liquid
