Description
- Powerful & Explosion-proof Air Motor: This IBC air agitator is equipped with larger 5-cylinder motor, which is powerful and can stir quickly and evenly, ensuring uniform mixing of materials.
- Telescopic Horizontal Plate: The length of the bracket is adjustable from 70cm to 125cm, you can adjust the length according to the tank size.
- Foldable Impeller: The pneumatic paint mixer comes with 2 stainless steel impellers, they are retractable, the impeller diameter after expansion is 260mm.
- Pressure Regulating Valve: The motor speed can be adjusted by turning the pressure regulating valve to adjust the pressure.
- Comparison of Pneumatic & Electric Mixers: Pneumatic motors are driven by compressed air and have no internal carbon brushes, coils, or switch contacts. They do not generate electric sparks or arcs throughout the operation process, which naturally meets explosion-proof requirements without the need for complex explosion-proof certified circuits. However, ordinary electric motors tend to produce sparks during commutation or overload. In environments with volatile and flammable solvents such as paints, inks, thinners, alcohol, and resins, these sparks can easily ignite the flammable vapor at the barrel mouth.
