  • Ideal for Seams, Cracks and Flashing: Suitable for reinforcing roof seams, joints, corners, cracks, vents, skylights, flashing, edges, and other common repair areas on flat roofs, metal roofs, concrete roofs, RV roofs, garages, and sheds.
  • 40 in x 81 ft Large Roll Size: Each roll measures 40 inches wide x 81 feet long, covering approximately 270 sq ft before trimming. It can be cut to different sizes or shapes for large-area coating projects or smaller patch repairs.
  • Use with Roof Coating or Sealer: This roofing fabric is designed to be embedded into wet roof coating or compatible fabric sealer, then covered with an additional coating layer after placement. It is not a self-adhesive tape.
  • Easy to Cut, Shape and Apply: Flexible fabric smoothly over curved, angled, and uneven roof surfaces. It can be trimmed with scissors or a utility knife to fit around pipes, corners, roof edges, seams, vents, and detailed repair areas
