The alumina bisque ceramic round rod has a pure white color, provides excellent machinability, and offers resistance to corrosion and high temperatures. The material is fired to 2475 degrees F and can be fully fired up to approximately 3100 degrees for higher hardness. When fully fired, it shrinks between 15% and 18%. This material is not for use in flow applications.
