Our spicy flavor bacon jerky is made with free-range pigs. Bacon from free-range pigs is leaner, packed with bold flavor, and ideal for barbecue. It has a lightly sweet taste, medium level spiciness, tender texture, light glaze, and a natural smoky barbecue aroma from the open-flame grilling process.
Since 2012, Fragrant Jerky products have been produced at our USDA-inspected facility in Los Angeles, using USDA-certified meat and approved natural ingredients. Daily production is supervised by a third-generation Singapore Bak Kwa master, and Certified Food Safety Managers (CFPM).
