- Set up Spinner
-Insert 2 AAA Batteries (not included)
-Attach Spindle to Spinner
-Attach Brush Collar with makeup brush to Spinner
- Set up bowl
-Put attachment ring on bowl
-Then secure splashguard onto bowl
-Fill bowl 1/4Â with water and add cleaning agent or Baby Shampoo
- Cleaning time
-Dip brush into water and hit the on switch, let spin for about 30 seconds.
-Lift spinning brush out of water to release excess water
-Refill bowl with clean water and repeat
