- PRODUCT DETAILS: Turkish delights or lokum (Rosa delicia turca) is a family of confections based on a gel of cornstarch and sugar(not glucose). Our Premium varieties consist largely of chopped almonds, pistachios, and hazelnuts or walnuts bound by the gel-like sweet treat; traditional varieties are often flavored with rosewater, orange, or lemon. The confection is often packaged and eaten in small cubes dusted with icing sugar or coconut to prevent clinging.
