Master Lock 0411-5705 Lockout Tagout Photo Identification labels for 411 Safety Padlocks, Pack of 6

Master Lock identification labels are a pack of six photo ID labels to use with and personalize Master Lock Safety Padlock model 411 (sold separately). A transparent polyester laminate seals a photo onto the label and resists moisture. Warning text on the label reads, "Danger, Equipment Lockout, My Life Is On The Line," and two rewriteable lines are included for name and department. The label measures 2-3/8 x 1 inches (H x W). (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right.)
