- This decal vinyl roll is gentle enough for most indoor walls, but resilient enough to withstand outdoor elements.
- It has a removable adhesive and a matte finish. This black craft vinyl can be used in many applications including home décor, signs, stencils, scrapbooking or any temporary application.
- Waterproof - Yes (not the best choice for constant water exposure or dishes)
