Waiting for the Wind features a couple of Hereford cows and their calves in front of a windmill on a hot Texas day. This 5x7 postcard, used to introduce the limited edition print of this work in the 1980s, has been double matted to an overall size of 8x10. The inner mat is rust brown and the outer mat is blue suede, which accents the card perfectly. Wayne Baize is a renowned artist and member of the Cowboy Artists of America since 1995.
