NOTIONS: Thread; Shorts D or Capri Pants E - 1 1/4-yards of 3/4-Inch Wide Elastic. SUGGESTED FABRICS: Lightweight Fabrics Such as Cotton and Cotton Blends, Challis, Chambray, Crepe, Linen Blends.
