McCormick Celery Salt, 4 oz

Celery has a flavor and aroma similar to the celery vegetable; the flavor notes are characteristically hay-like and grassy. Celery Salt has a lighter celery vegetable flavor with a salty base.  Celery Salt is a blend of salt and celery seed. Celery Seed is the dried fruit of the herb Apium graveolensthat is related, but not identical, to the vegetable celery plant. The tiny, brown seeds have a celery-like flavor and aroma.
