Because of recent events in my family and our financial situation, my mom started to suffer from anxiety and stress all the time. She started to take some pills and stuff but I've never feel like that's the answer, so I started looking for another way to help her and friend told me to try meditation books. So I bought this book from a promotion and gave it to her. These techniques for relaxing and relieving stress did so good on her, the exercises were simple yet very effective and now she has the tools to handle those moments where she feels anxious or nervous. In a few days she quit all that medication and she's a much happier person now.
I’m a real fan of meditation, yoga, and all those things from the Buddhism culture. My sister, who is a professional yoga teacher, introduced me to this beautiful world and I couldn’t be more thankful. About this book I can say that I bought it on a special Amazon’s promotion, and I have liked it a lot. The fact that it separates all the little tips in steps to complete is quite interesting for beginners. On the other hand, for me, that I have some experience in the subject, it can be a good supportive book, and it can be useful for trying new techniques or experiences in the meditation hour.
This book written by Victoria Price, is very good, I discovered through reading the good time for the day to meditate on your life and your life, she speaks to you of suitable places for meditation and as relax so that through meditation you free yourself of stress, this stress that causes much harm to our body , I have this book become a tool that helps me to be a person much more peaceful and happy.
