Our most popular attachment, the Medium also serves as the base for all 3 RealLike Covers. Clitoral stimulating nubs are located on the front portion and a slight slant in one direction helps to firmly massage the front vaginal wall, the location of the G-Spot. Vertical ribs around the attachment provide additional internal stimulation. The Medium Attachment also tapers down towards the base for comfort after insertion. Each Sybian attachment creates a moisture barrier that protects the machine from all fluids. All Sybian attachments are constructed out of C-Flex® TPE's and can be thoroughly washed after each use. C-Flex® does not contain latex rubber, polyvinyl chloride, silicone rubber, or polyurethane. The Medium Attachment comes factory sealed with use and care instructions and 1 spring and 2 stems; 1.33" D x 4.25" L. This attachment is included in the Sybian Package.
