- Slice 6 shallots. Heat 50g cooking oil to sauté shallots until brown.
- Add 1400ml water and one packet of Adami Mee Bandung Muar paste. Bring to boil.
- Add 200g seafood, 100g green vegetables and 7 eggs. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Add 600g fresh egg noodles and cook for another 3 minutes. Add salt to taste. Serve hot with spring onions.
