Mehron Makeup Eye and Brow Pencil Liner (Dark Brown)

Mehron’s Eye Liner & Brow Pencil is a professional 7-inch semi-soft Kohl pencil used for outlining the eye, redefining and darkening eyebrows, and creating design effects. Widely used in theater, stage, and TV, these pencils give you the look you need for the tightest of close-ups.

How to Use:

Apply by drawing a line on the upper lid from the inner corner to the outer corner of the eye. To soften the look, smudge the line using a brush or cotton swab. Lower lid is lined from the outer corner tapering to the inner corner. Can also be used to fill in and shape brows. Remove with Makeup Remover followed by soap and water.
