  • BE SMART: we craft this cajon with a 100% Baltic birch wood body, which also used in high-end drum sets for players serious about sound; features a mahogany frontplate
  • HOW IT WORKS: the playing surface delivers punchy bass with about as much volume as an acoustic guitar, and inside the cajon are two sets of fixed custom micro-coiled steel cajon strings that give you a crisp snare sound
  • ZOOM IN: the corners of the playing surface are rounded and sanded together with the resonating body so you get defined slap tones; it's perfectly flush where these two pieces meet to feel great on your hands
