- Synthetic head: equipped with a tunable synthetic head to bring out the best sound from your tampeiro with sharp, bright slap tones
- Floatune tuning system: with the Floatune tuning system, mounting hardware is completely isolated from the shell in order to avoid any loss in shell resonance
- Countersunk bolt lugs: head replacement and tuning are made simple with the easily accessible countersunk bolt lugs
- Perfect for Brazilian street samba: the tamborim pairs well with caixas and surdos to perform traditional street samba
Tamborims are played with a plastic stick while one hand changes the pitch of the drum. It has a bright, loud, and cutting sound.
