This Adult Insole is made of 75% wool, and is 8mm thick. Highly absorbent, these insoles keep feet dry and warm. Available in Adult sizes 6 to 14 in menï¿½s sizing. For womenï¿½s sizes, we recommend to order two sizes down, if you wear a size 9 in US womenï¿½s, your best fit would be a size 7 US menï¿½s. Adjustments can be made to the insole by easily be cutting down to size using a sharp knife and short, frequent strokes.
